Hayley Yaun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Economics
from Georgia Southern University and is a graduate of the University of
Alabama Law School.
Ms. Yaun began her career in the legal field as a public servant of the
State of Georgia. For four years, Ms. Yaun worked for Georgia Speaker
of the House of Representatives David Ralston as Deputy Legal Counsel
where she provided legal analysis of proposed legislation and kept the
Speaker briefed as to the procedural history and legal impact of legislation.
In her last role with the state, she served as General Counsel to the
Georgia Department of Economic Development, Workforce Division, ensuring
that federal funds granted to the State of Georgia through the Workforce
Investment Act of 1998 were properly managed and dispersed within the
confines of all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Ms. Yaun currently owns and operates a small business that assists cities
and counties throughout the state of Georgia in the collection of delinquent
property taxes through non-judicial and judicial tax sale procedures.
